Digital Products – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds for any digital products once the purchase is confirmed and the product is delivered.
This includes but is not limited to:
- E-books
- Digital guides
- Downloadable templates
- Online courses
- Photography and video content
- Presets and design assets
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

Physical Products – Return Policy
For any physical products sold through Ajalawanderlust, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
It must be in its original packaging
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable physical items include:
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care items
Intimate or sanitary goods
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Partial Refunds May Be Granted If:
The item is returned not in its original condition, or is damaged/missing parts not due to our error
The return is initiated not more than 7 to 10 days after delivery
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace physical items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us at {info@ajalawanderlust.com} and send your item to:
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
